Our Program inspires students to develop a positive work ethic. Our job coaches provide constant supervision and motivate students to develop their full work potential. We strive to serve children academically and socially while providing the best educational, career, and employment opportunities that meet their needs. Our staff offers opportunities for success that students may not have in their current placement. We work diligently with children who have a prognosis for failure and show them how to succeed.

We are educational professionals who care about our students and believe in the programs we offer. We utilize curriculum aligned with state standards. Students are also supervised by certified and professionally trained job coaches that have all received the same work clearances as all school district personnel.

BHA’s Career Employment Classroom Program prepares students to successfully enter the workforce. Different lessons are covered each week ranging from Different Types of Employment to Job Applications, Banking Skills, and How to be a Valuable Employee. We challenge those who say children are never going to be successful regardless of their educational placement and environment. Getting those students the help they need is our total focus. Providing students with the tools and the opportunity to reach the fullest potential is our primary mission.
